Answer: Yes. We are fully insured for all of our work and licensed throughout the Denver Metro area as well as with the State of Colorado. In addition, we carry licenses in various specialty disciplines where required.

Answer: Absolutely! Our Service Techs average 14+ years with Landgraf so you know they are not here today and gone tomorrow. In fact, if you have a Tech that you want to request each time - we encourage you to do so.
Answer: We would like to do more but, like everything, it is not inexpensive to do so and we would have to pass that on to our customers. We feel that our customers are our best source of promotion and we will NEVER offer misleading discounts that are already figured into their inflated prices.
Answer: Every service discipline we offer (Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Drain Cleaning) is staffed with fully proficient and licensed (in their respective discipline) technicians. In addition, we have made an enormous investment into the latest technologies for each Technician to provide maximum efficiencies to our customers.
Answer: Investments into the technologies we offer would include but are not limited to portable high-pressure jetting equipment, electrical pipe thawing, CFC recovery and handling devices, pneumatic pipe freezing, electronic pipe/depth locating, etc. We are committed to the areas we service and have invested heavily into the human and technological resources necessary to be recognized experts.
Answer: We offer 24 hour emergency service. The difference is if you truly have an emergency we will be on our way regardless of time of day. However, we realize our Technicians work best if they have a full night's rest as well and if your drippy faucet can wait until the next day - we will try to work with you on scheduling that at a better time for all.
